Alegria Beach – My Siargao Adventure (Part 7)
Alegria Beach in Burgos, Siargao Island is known for its long stretch powdery white sand. After our sightseeing in Magpupungko we headed to Alegria Beach. It was around 2pm. The weather was not nice it was drizzling. We did not actually plan to stop here since we were all tired and hungry. But it was Ivan’s uncle who recommended to visit this place.
At first glance, the beach was empty. There were a lot of short coconut trees. I am thinking Alegria Beach is ideal for family outings based on the cottages that are present around the area. It was quiet and peaceful. We did break the silence when we arrived.
I think Alegria Beach is the best white sand beach in Siargao. The beach in Cloud 9 is a bit rocky though. If there were a lot of expensive hotels and bars near the beach, this could be like Boracay. But yeah, Alegria has a great potential.
We did not really spend much of our time here. Ivan’s uncle thought that we could drop by Alegria and at least we were able to see and visit the beach.
Well, pictures paint a thousand word.

I know we should be in the beach swimming or dipping but I guess we had enough beach for that day. We will definitely go back here and spend over night chit chatting. I guess you can build your own tent here. Alegria Beach was the last known spot we visited in Siargao. We will be going back to Cebu City tomorrow that day. This beach is the last yet definitely not a least. haha

The beach looks peaceful and beautiful, i think it is very good for travelers especially new weds:)
